The SCUP Planning Institute is a learning experience and skill-building workshop series to help you gain a better understanding of how you, your department, and key stakeholders on campus can unite under one plan. Whether your team has hired a strategic planning consultant, is mid-plan, or you just need to better understand how you can be a better contributor to the process, the SCUP Integrated Planning Model will help you understand how to get from goals to implementation.
